The Pro-Sight Universal Finish Inspector is a semi-autonomous, offline machine designed for use in the lab or on a quality bench, providing rapid finish inspections in just 13 seconds.
This high-precision system performs comprehensive measurement and assessment of bottle finishes, including E, T, L, F, N, S, H, A, and B dimensions, tuck-under angles, tuck under radius, with auto seam detection and guide plate seam inspection for knock-out and flange finishes.
Additional Functionality
Featuring an intuitive touch-screen interface and stepper motor-driven rotation, it offers quick and accurate inspections in both single bottle and full mould set modes.
The system saves all inspection data by mould number and cavity location and is fully networkable, allowing seamless data integration into plant systems or export to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
