SINK & BULGE INSPECTION MACHINE
A key highlight of our presentation was the debut of the Sink & Bulge Inspection Machine. This cutting-edge system utilises advanced camera technology to accurately measure the flatness of label panel areas on glass containers. By ensuring that every label panel is inspected for flatness, the Sink & Bulge Machine provides manufacturers with the confidence that their containers are of the highest quality, free from defects that could compromise appearance or functionality.
UNIVERSAL FINISH INSPECTOR SYSTEM
We were also excited to introduce the Universal Finish Inspector System, a powerful offline quality control machine designed to set new standards in inspection precision. This system is capable of measuring a wide range of critical dimensions and angles, from the neckline up to the sealing surface of glass containers. Its new feature of guide plate seam defect inspection and measurement was particularly well-received, as it enables manufacturers to identify and address potential defects with unparalleled accuracy.

DIMENSIONAL GAUGING MACHINE
In addition to our new inspection systems, we showcased the Dimensional Gauging Machine, a semi-offline solution that enhances production line efficiency. This machine features mould number reading technology, which allows it to automatically remove one container of each mould number from the cold end production line every hour. This process ensures that every mould used in production is consistently inspected, maintaining high quality across all batches.
