Engineered for high-speed lines where consistent positioning is critical - such as for inspection, labelling, or downstream handling - this advanced solution ensures each container exits with the desired orientation, improving efficiency and quality assurance.

The system uses a vision-based camera to detect the incoming orientation of each container. A PLC-driven algorithm calculates the precise angle of rotation required, and servo-driven belts then rotate the container from the neck, either clockwise or anti-clockwise, to the specified orientation.
The Orientator integrates seamlessly with existing production lines, offering automatic synchronisation with line speed. It dynamically adjusts belt timing and camera operation in real time, maintaining optimal performance across varying conditions. Sensors at the infeed and outfeed further enhance control by automatically pausing operation if no bottles are present or if a downstream blockage occurs.
